SYIS Bi-Phase Eye & Lip Makeup Remover is designed for effective yet gentle cleansing of the delicate eye and lip areas. The bi-phase formula combines oil and water phases and removes even waterproof makeup.

The oil phase contains sea buckthorn oil, passion fruit extract and vitamin E. The water phase contains aloe vera leaf juice, hydrolysed oats and panthenol. Lime extract and a vitamin A derivative complement the caring formula.

No rinsing is required. The 250 ml size is suitable for professional salon use and regular cleansing routines.

Directions:
